Shipping
Please note, our flat rate shipping of £5.95 is based on addresses within mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to Guernsey or Jersey or channel islands.
All orders will be delivered between 2 – 4 days from despatch.
All orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receiving the order, for orders received Monday to Thursday. Orders received Friday to Sunday will be despatched by the following Monday.
Returns
If you wish to return the pet door, please return it in its original, un-damaged packaging to the address on the delivery note inside your order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover postage back to us. We advise to get the package tracked for peace of mind, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost/missing items in the post.
When we receive the returned product, if the product and packaging are deemed to be in a satisfactory condition we will issue a refund for the cost of the product. There is a £6 handling charge will be deducted from the refund (to cover our handling and admin costs) along with the original shipping cost.
